Some sources for TrueType fonts on the net
Microsoft makes some high quality fonts available for download. Unfortunately
the files available directly from the web page are self extracting Windows
executables. For those Unix and Linux users who can not easily go to a
Windows machine nearby this poses a problem. However there is a solution:
on the Microsoft FTP server are Win16 versions of these fonts. The files
are self extracting ZIP archives that can can be unpacked with any ZIP
tool (for instance Info ZIP).
